After a thorough strategic exercise and competitive audit, we worked with Clerk to revisit their brand identity, paying careful attention to messaging and tone of voice. It was important the Clerk brand spoke to two important, very distinct audiences – talent, and employers. Messaging channels were developed for each, while we considered all digital touchpoints – app design, website, social media communication and online advertising.
