Brand architecture
In 2022, Yellow was commissioned by Global Fertility to establish a compelling brand strategy, identity, and brand architecture for its vision to become the leading fertility and women’s health network in the region. The brief demanded a brand that would stand for quality, technology, and innovation, offering modern assisted reproductive technology (ART) services and fostering research, training, and educational collaborations with international institutions.

The approach
Strategic Identity:
We crafted a modern visual identity that subtly conveys the themes of mother and child, symbolizing care, connection, and hope.
Colour Strategy:
Chosen strategically, a blue palette reinforces trust, reliability, and professionalism – critical values for fertility and healthcare services.
Brand Architecture:
We designed a cohesive architecture to support current and future expansions and acquisitions, enabling Global Fertility to introduce new facilities under a unified identity framework.

The results
Since launching the brand:
• Expanded Regional Footprint:
Global Fertility has executed strategic acquisitions in Saudi Arabia, purchasing majority stakes in HealthPlus Fertility Center (Jeddah) and Bnoon IVF Center (Riyadh), setting the foundation for the largest fertility network in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC. These acquisitions have doubled their annual IVF cycle capacity to over 5,000, making them the largest standalone provider in the Kingdom.
• Strong Financial Backing:
The network secured approximately $60 million in equity financing from a consortium of institutional investors and family offices across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Notably, Dubai Investments acquired a significant equity stake, providing strategic capital for rapid expansion.
• Founder Recognition:
Founder and CEO Majd Abu Zant was honored in Forbes’ Top 100 Healthcare Leaders (2023) list, following the establishment of the Global Fertility Network and OvaSave Health Technologies in mid-2022
