After successfully partnering with Virtuzone on their comprehensive rebranding journey, the team approached us with a new challenge. Virtuzone had been offering accounting services under Virtuzone Accounting and Tax (VZAT), primarily supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the UAE.
With the UAE’s introduction of corporate tax, a significant shift occurred in the business landscape. This change not only created new compliance demands but also heightened competition, as numerous auditing and accounting firms entered the market to offer tax-related services.
Recognizing the need for a dedicated, standalone identity that could cut through the clutter and clearly communicate its expertise, Virtuzone asked Yellow to create a new brand that would become the go-to name for corporate tax services in the UAE. This was the genesis of TaxReady.ae

The approach
Our starting point was research. We spoke to SME owners across the UAE and quickly identified a common thread: tax was intimidating, complex, and often misunderstood. Small business owners wanted clarity, guidance, and the reassurance that they were compliant, without the stress of navigating a new and unfamiliar system.
With this insight, we developed a brand positioning built around the promise: “With TaxReady, tax is no longer taxing.” This positioning speaks directly to the immediate benefit business owners seek – peace of mind and confidence when dealing with tax.
For the visual identity, we created a minimalist yet bold wordmark. The design plays on the phrase “dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s”, symbolising precision, thoroughness, and attention to detail – the very qualities that clients expect from a tax partner. To reinforce the link to Virtuzone and leverage its existing brand equity, we incorporated elements of Virtuzone’s signature colour palette into the TaxReady identity.
Since its launch, TaxReady has rolled out impactful campaigns that have resonated with the SME community. By making tax and accounting information clear, accessible, and jargon-free, the brand has quickly established itself as a trusted partner and achieved strong top-of-mind awareness in a highly competitive sector.
