The team at Yellow really enjoys brands focused on sport and fitness, so we were thrilled to work on the strategy, naming and identity for a new padel tennis club in Al Quoz, Dubai.

The insight
This padel tennis club wanted to do things differently by paying homage to the origin of the sport, Spain. From employing spanish instructors to ensuring all the specs of the courts are ideal for rookies and pros alike, this padel tennis club was different.
Thus, we needed to define a clear strategy and identity that communicated this.
The approach
We started with a strong and memorable name, that has roots in all racquet sports – Rally. The name was also selected since it communicated the spirit of cheerleading and routing for a player or team.
Then we created a beautiful identity inspired from the colours of padel tennis balls and a script like font inspired by the white curvature lines on the balls as well. Rally stood out amongst all other padel tennis courts in the region through its innovative branding as well as its key messages.
