Ibis WTC reached out to Yellow to support with naming and identity for a new Mediterranean concept restaurant launch. They wanted to create a gastronomy and F&B destination with a keen focus on storytelling that came through in the interiors and menu creation, and needed to in the name and identity as well.

The insight

Yellow got to work by conducting workshops with all the stakeholders, sampling the menu and conducting site visits during construction in order to come up with a story, name and identity. Our vision with the new destination was to be the preferred choice for our visitors and residents, a place that you feel is yours every day.

Our positioning was based on drive around the med – we wanted to bring those glorious never-ending med summers, where every time our guests come in, they feel that they are transported to the scents, the sceneries, the food and the music of the Med. We wanted to create that feeling that will always want them to come back.

Our Brand essence: It takes me back to the long summer days at the Med every single time.
