Emaar’s Oasis is a new flagship,a resort-like master planned community made up of luxury homes, surrounded by uninterrupted views of the water and lagoons. A destination for the discerning and those who seek an active, fulfilling life in the lap of nature and luxury. Emaar approached Yellow to support with strategy, visual language and event launch film for the Oasis real estate development.

The insight

There’s a plethora of waterfront and island-based communities and the key messages for each are centred around tranquillity, serenity, flow, freedom, sanctuary and haven. The interpretation of The Oasis needed to be more thoughtfully crafted and original by moving away from similar messaging.

We focused on the product truths and differentiators, in comparison to the market, and came up with the positioning of ‘The new world’.

Move to the heart of the new world.

The approach

Our approach focused on creating a minimalist, elegant visual language inspired by the colours of the lagoons complemented with evocative black and white lifestyle images. With a clear positioning and a striking identity, Emaar’s Oasis broke through the clutter and was an extremely successful launch for the real estate developer.
