Known for it’s healthy snacks and meals, Joga is a recognisable brand in the UAE, with several branches located in prominent business hubs. Joga approached us at Yellow to help build brand awareness and loyalty through social media management. As we continued to build brand affinity, the client briefed us on revitalising the brand identity and environmental branding in order to connect with the younger, more health-conscious audience.

The approach

Yellow commenced working with Joga on a social media management scope, providing a combination of scrumptious food content, inspiring content for working professionals and engaging content with influencer collaborations.

After working on Joga’s social media content for over a year, we were packed with insights about what people order, when they order and who they are. Coupled with data from the client, we crafted a brand strategy for Joga focused on the purpose of nourishing and inspiring the communities Joga is in.

The visual interpretation of the strategy involved a brand identity that was more dynamic, inclusive and lighthearted. We achieved this through the word mark, typography and colour palette, and applied the refreshed brand across all customer-facing touch points including the environmental branding.
